THE HEALING STARTS WITH A TOUCH

Qualified masseur

WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO

My name is Ananda Shakya. I was born in Kathmandu / Nepal in 1963. My ancestors belong to the ancient Shakya Buddhist clan.

Since my childhood I have been connected to traditional Ayurvedic healing therapy, a knowledge that has been passed on in my family over generations.

My interest was sparked as a young boy when I was allowed to accompany my grandfather, a respected medical healer, in his search for medicinal herbs.

During my youth I spent several years in a Buddhist temple in the jungle in the Himalayas, where I was able to deepen my knowledge of Ayurvedic medicine. I was particularly influenced by a then 82-year-old Tibetan monk, an internal medicine specialist and lama. He had a great deal of knowledge about Ayurveda (knowledge of life), a natural healing art from India that was more than 3000 years old.

I have been running my own naturopathic practice in Büsingen (enclave CH/D) since 2007.

THE HEALING STARTS WITH A TOUCH

I am a certified massage therapist in Switzerland and have attended many schools in my home country in the Himalayas. I mainly work according to the authentic Ayurvedic art of massage therapy.

The one I usedoil massage according to the Ayurvedic principle has an enormous positive effect on mind and body, such as the release of blockages and absolute deep relaxation. Your self-healing powers are promoted.

Ayurvedic is a specialty of mineglass cupping, which is also of outstanding importance in the ancient Indian art of healing. Accumulated toxins are gently drained from the body using the vitreous body.

It is particularly important for me to take time for you and to look at you holistically.
